Howzit?!

I recently got an email (as did most of the rest of you) about a project that a certain ALT is conducting down in Joetsu! It didn't take much thought on my part to realise that "Howzit" was the (South African)word he was looking for. But being me, I wanted to give the dude an in-depth reason as to WHY we South Africans use this word with such regularity! I didn't find a reason, but I DID find the following hilarious article (written by a Texan).
