Family Viewing Fun...
Tit Off
Rectuma
and...
Killer Pussy (complete with the image of a woman with her thighs spread and some snaggle-toothed appendage emerging from her ... uh... nether regions on the cover)
These are just a FEW of the wonderful movie choices open to me at my local video store! And these are not to be found in the sketchy porn section in the back! Noooo... these little gems are squished in between titles like Special Agent Cody Banks (personally I'd choose Tit Off over that one any day) and wholesome looking fuzzy animal flicks... you'd just be walking along and suddenly you're kind of slapped in the face with the image of bare breasts or a nun with her skirt hiked up over her nekkid butt and her boobs hanging out all over some bloke's face!! Yes, these are all actual examples!!
Sighhhhhhh...

Hong Kong
Okay, so I don't think I'll ever be in the right frame of mind to tell y'all about Hong Kong!! I think Mary and I had a fabulous time, despite the acute bronchitis that my stupid, measly, crappy cold turned into, thereby making my life a living hell and draining me of all energy! I know this sucked for Mary, cos she was stuck with a sick chick in one of the most exciting cities in the world! Despite that, we got to see loads... but I found the pace of the city too frenetic! I know I would have enjoyed it more if I'd had more energy and didn't have the locals staring at me like I was single-handedly re-introducing SARS into the general population whenever I coughed (which was just about every minute or so! And nothing nice and ladylike, uh uh... totally gross, exhausting, phlegmy, painful coughing! So I don't really blame folks for treating me like a pariah and, on one memorable occasion, even changing seats to get away from me!)... There went ALL my hopes of meeting some rich bloke, with his own helicopter and yacht! Sighhhhhhhh!!
Mary was fantastic, she dragged my sorry arse around and without her I would not have seen half as much as I did!! I felt terrible, because it was supposed to be a team effort but in the end it really all fell on her! Mary, YOU ROCK BABY!!!!
Anyway, we saw a lot of Hong Kong island itself and a little bit of Kowloon, but I think my favourite days were when we went to Lantau to see the giant statue of Buddha and to Lamma the gorgeous little fishing island! It was a fabulous change of pace from the city and a lot more relaxing! All in all, I'd say that it was a pretty good vacation, despite our lack of genkiness (Mary had her own ailments! Jaysus, we must be getting old!)...
I'll let the pics do the talking!! They're all mixed up! The ones at the bottom were taken the first few days! And these ones just below were taken on our last two days!! Thanks to Mary for the use of some of her pics (specially Bruce Lee, the flamingoes and a few shots of me!)...

FTWEF
I’ve been in a pissy, cryey mood all day... in fact, I’m glaring as I type this... dunno what’s wrong, Joyce thinks I’m pmsing... but I’m not!!! HEAR THAT JOYCE!!!??? I’m NOT! I just hate the world and all its inhabitants today (well, I don’t hate Fidel but that kind of goes without saying)!!
Anyway, yes, you've guessed it; I’m SO not in the mood to write about Hong Kong today... Not that any of you give a toss anyway, grrrr!! Right now, all I wanna do is go home (yes, that's home to Cape Town!!) and stare at Table Mountain. Enough with the frikking rice paddies already!

Anyway FTWEF (EF = except Fidel)... now am off to the ladies room to cry in a fit of rage!! Why?! BECAUSE I CAN!!!
Self pity ROCKS! Having a blog rocks too, why suffer in silence when I can spread the discontent!?
